This is no ordinary breakfast (or anytime!) sandwich. First we start with two slices of our own freshly baked Pullman bread. Tucked inside you’ll find thinly sliced ham layered with a silky béchamel sauce and sweet, earthy Gruyère cheese. To the top of the sandwich we add another touch of béchamel sauce and more Gruyère, which gets melted together and finished with a fried egg.
Add an egg, more cheese, or maybe you’d like it without cheese, its yours for the asking!
