Bistro Nota is a locally minded restaurant located at 620 South Calhoun Street in Downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana (adjacent to the Landing and across the street from the Rousseau Centre). We serve some of the best food in Fort Wayne, made in-house from scratch. We’re a casual, walk-up setting that is sure to surprise you, with an abundance of convenient ordering options for quick healthy meal or snack. You can even specify at time you’d like your meal ready the night before (pickup, delivery or eat in).
Currently we offer a variety of soups, salads, & sandwiches on our fresh baked bread, along with a rotating list of entrees. Our dinner menu is new this month and we’re putting on the finishing touches. We take great pride in preparing our menu from scratch- everything from our pickles to our bread was made in our kitchen with thought and care.
New to Fort Wayne is our line of Nota@Home meals – which are fully prepared dishes ready to be heated up and enjoyed – whether you’re at the office or just picking up a quick meal for later. In addition, we have dietary specific options including Keto, Paleo, Vegan. Vegetarian and Gluten-Free.
Bistro Nota was started in early 2019 by Cam Kaminski and Jacob Koczergo – two chefs who after spending a long circuit working at various Fort Wayne locales, decided to start their own take on Midwestern cuisine with French cooking techniques. Just as the Latin word “Nota” means “familiar”, Bistro Nota’s menu selection is meant to elicit a familiar, homemade feeling with fresh, clean, and uncomplicated food that you can enjoy both in our company, as well as in your own home.
We want to surprise you. We may have quick breakfasts and lunches, but we don’t sacrifice quality. We’re first and foremost about good, clean food.
Don’t Miss the Bus, our Bistro Bus is out on the streets now!
